U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS. International Orders will be shipped depending on the product's fulfillment center.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Our Return/Exchange Policy is valid for 30 days after your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments - such as refunds or exchanges - after this date. IN THE CASE OF A RETURN:
You will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for the return is our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you a shipping address via email once your submission for a return is approved. If you are shipping back items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for your return to post in your bank account due to the processing time required. If it has been a few days and you still don't see it, we suggest contacting your credit card company, then your bank. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Yes! If you'd like to cancel your order, notify us via email at email@example.com. Please reference your order confirmation number, and use subject line CANCEL ORDER. We prefer for cancellations to be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. If 24 hours have already passed or if you have received a "shipped" notification regarding your order, please note this in your email and we will work with you.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order confirmation number, and use subject line WRONG ADDRESS. If your address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours before it ships!
If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days, send us an email including your order number. We will be happy to locate your missing package and resolve the issue. Please understand that we need notice of missing packages within 30 days of your order date.
